Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the askFlo platform (eflo.ro), operated by IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL, VAT 37213946.

1. What askFlo is

askFlo is a premium hub of digital services and a management platform that provides: strategy, execution, analysis and optimisation for digital growth — performance marketing (PPC), SEO, websites, tracking, design, video, social media, retention, reporting, scores and recommendations, client portal and support. Services can be recurring (monthly) or one-time / per execution, depending on their type.

1.1 Hub access and right to accept

Access to the askFlo Hub may be subject to approval. To maintain a high standard of service, each request is assessed based on objectives, complexity, available data, budget, compatibility and optimisation potential. askFlo reserves the right to accept or decline collaborations where it considers it cannot bring real value or where the terms of collaboration are not suitable.

1.2 Pricing and offer

Prices are modular and may vary depending on the activated services, complexity and workload. The final offer is set after analysis. Execution services are defined through requests, offers, contracts or in-platform confirmations; additional services may be charged separately. askFlo may suspend or limit services if information, access, payments are missing or in case of abuse. Created content (design, video, website, materials) may have separate delivery and ownership terms. Scores, recommendations and estimates in the platform are indicative tools, not guarantees. askFlo may change the structure of services with reasonable notice. The client must provide correct access and information.

2. The account

To use the services you must create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity within your account. You can have multiple users per company, with different roles.

3. Offers and payment

• Services are provided based on a personalized offer, agreed before the work starts; payment is made by bank transfer.
• Prices are displayed transparently in the offer, with no hidden costs.
• The service is activated after the offer is accepted and payment is confirmed.
• For online stores, the price may vary depending on the number of products.
• You can cancel anytime; an active collaboration remains in effect until the end of the paid period.
• Recurring offers are not renewed automatically — each renewal is confirmed with you beforehand.

4. Performance Score

The Performance Score is an indicative estimate, generated automatically based on the data you provide. It is not a guarantee of results. Its purpose is educational and prioritisation — a map of what can be improved, not a verdict.

5. Results and the “free month” policy

askFlo provides a system, clarity, optimisation, reporting and concrete steps. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, as these depend on external factors (market, offer, budget, competition). If the standards agreed in writing with you are not met, we offer the following month free, under the conditions set at the time of subscription.

6. AI-generated content

AI-generated recommendations and content may contain errors and must be checked before publishing. The final decision is yours.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL is not liable for indirect losses. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you through the platform. Continued use means acceptance.
