How to grant access to the Meta Ads account
To create, check or optimise campaigns, the team needs access to the ad account (Ad Account). Without it, we can't manage campaigns, even if we have access to the page.
Steps

Go to Business Settings.

Go to Accounts.
- 3
Choose Ad Accounts.
- 4
Select the correct ad account.
- 5
Click Assign People or Assign Partners.
- 6
Choose the person / partner.
- ›For a partner, use our Business ID: 1703044496521723.
- 7
Grant the right permissions and confirm.
💡 Note
If we only have access to the page but not to the ad account, we can't manage the campaigns correctly.
