How to grant access to Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio
Business Manager (now also called Business Portfolio) is the space where all your Meta assets live: the ad account, the page, the pixel, the catalog. This is where you grant the team access. Remember: granting access to the Business Manager does not automatically grant access to the assets — you select those separately.
Steps

Sign in to Meta Business Settings (business.facebook.com → Business Settings).

Select the correct Business / Business Portfolio.
- ›If you have several, check the top left that it's the right one.

Go to Users → People or Partners.

If you're adding a PERSON:
- ›Enter the email you received from the marketing team.
- ›Choose the required permissions.

If you're adding a PARTNER (recommended):
- ›Enter our Business ID: 1703044496521723.
- ›Grant access to the required assets.

Select the assets:
- ›Ad Account
- ›Page
- ›Pixel / Dataset
- ›Catalog
- ›Instagram Account (if applicable)

Confirm the invitation / access.

Let the team know the access has been granted.
⚠️ Important
Business Manager access alone is not enough. You must also grant access to the specific assets: ad account, page, pixel/dataset and catalog.

Cauză posibilă: Possible causes: the invitation wasn't accepted; you granted access only to the Business Manager, not to the assets; you picked a different Business Manager; you selected a different ad account; access was given as a person rather than as a partner; or the permissions are insufficient.
