How to grant access to the Meta Catalog
The Catalog is needed for ecommerce campaigns, dynamic ads, products, shop or product feeds. If we use a catalog, the team needs access to it in Business Manager / Commerce Manager.
Steps

Go to Business Settings.

Go to Data Sources.
- 3
Choose Catalogs.
- 4
Select the correct catalog.
- 5
Click Assign People or Assign Partners.
- ›For a partner, use our Business ID: 1703044496521723.
- 6
Grant access to the person / partner.
- 7
Check that the catalog is associated with the correct Ad Account.
- 8
Check that the products are active.
- 9
Confirm.
💡 Note
If we run ecommerce campaigns or dynamic ads, catalog access is important. For service websites (no products), the catalog isn't needed.
